Xcel Energy presents the Holiday Lights Parade Downtown on November 21, 2006 beginning at 6:30 pm.
The popular Holiday kickoff event features dozens of lighted floats and vehicles, the Downtown is bustling and the Downtown businesses are lit up and decorated to welcome in the Holiday Season. Click here for the application for parade sign up.
