Xcel Energy presents the Holiday Lights Parade Downtown on November 25, 2003 beginning at 6:30 pm. Mental Health Association’s lighting of the Tree of Hope and fireworks will follow the conclusion of the parade in the US Bank Plaza. The parade route begins in Moorhead in front of the Moorhead Center Mall and continues west on Center Avenue to NP Avenue in Fargo, turns north on Broadway and finishes at Broadway and 6th Avenue North.
